They are only used as a query to be able to provide you more comfortably with the call functions and purchase of our services to those contacts. Your numbers and all the information you stored, may not be used, at any time, for commercial purposes, nor will we request your permission to save that data or contact on your behalf.

If your request is made via email, the process could take up to 24 hours.

    Our Service is not directed to any underage person. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any underage person. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from any minor without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

    If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires parental consent, we may need your parental consent before we collect and use that information.

About the Money Transfer Service

    These money transfer services are provided exclusively by Lemargo Inc., a Canadian company located at 57 Neeland Road, Markham, Ontario. L3S 1W8, registered for the purpose of providing money transmission services under registration number 1078188. Hablax does not offer banking or money transmission services.

    This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your information in connection with the money transfer service. It applies to the services we provide through our website (www.hablax.com) or our iOS and Android mobile applications and our network of third-party partners (for example, payment agents, processors, and retailers such as Lemargo, Inc.) to the extent that they are involved in the processing and completion of a money transfer.

    You agree to this Privacy Policy when you register for, access, or use our products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions offered through our websites and all related sites, mobile applications, and services.

  1. Some definitions:
    When we say ‘us’, ‘us’ and/or ‘Hablax’, we mean Hablax, Inc. When we say ‘you’, ‘customer’ or ‘user’ we mean the person who has registered to use the Money Transfer Services.
  2. Information we collect from you and why we collect it.
    We collect information about you through various mechanisms, including: (1) your transactions with us and Lemargo, Inc; (2) your use of our website, mobile applications, networks, and services; and (3) other third parties, including but not limited to consumer reporting agencies, identity verification services, and publicly available sources.
  3. Personally Identifiable Information.
    Personally Identifiable Information (‘PII’) is information that can be linked to you personally and includes information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, or unique mobile device identifier.
    You do not have to provide PII to access certain information on the websites or download the mobile application, but Lemargo will collect certain PII about you and the recipient of the money transfer when you create a transfer.
    The following are examples of PII that Lemargo may collect from you in the course of providing the service you request through Hablax:
    • Your full name, address, email address, date of birth and telephone number(s). We may also collect certain sensitive information from you, including your bank account number, debit card number, identification, and social security number. In addition to other documents that allow us to verify your identity such as a selfie or photo of your identity document.
    • PII that you provide to us in the course of your participation in promotional or rewards programs.
    • Third-party PII that you may provide to enable the transfer of funds, such as your recipient's full name, address, telephone number, email address, ID, and date of birth. We may also collect from your sensitive financial information about your recipient based on the type of transfer you select, including, but not limited to, bank account information or debit number. If you provide PII and sensitive financial information about your beneficiary, you represent that you have obtained your beneficiary's permission to provide this information.
    • Information about your use of the Service, including your transaction history, how you use the Service to send or receive money, and to whom you send money.
    • Information that can be legally obtained from third parties, including credit reporting agencies and providers of database and identity verification services.
    • Information provided during recorded communications with our Customer Service department, including telephone calls and electronic communications.

    Lemargo collects this information for the following purposes:

    • To allow the processing of your transactions;
    • To verify your identity;
    • To allow the collection of payment for your use of the Service;
    • To troubleshoot problems with the Service;
    • To comply with applicable laws and regulations related to customer identification, ‘know your customer’ procedures and the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism;
    • To detect and prevent fraud and other illegal uses of the Service;
    • To send you marketing notices, service updates and promotional offers;

    When you use the Service, both Hablax and Lemargo may collect non-personally identifiable information that does not reveal your specific identity (‘Other Information’). We may collect this information through (i) server log files, (ii) environmental variables, (iii) cookies, (iv) web beacons, and (v) information that you voluntarily provide.
    Examples of other information we may collect from you:
    IP Address: Your Internet Protocol (‘IP’) address is a number automatically assigned by your Internet Service Provider to the computer you are using. This number is automatically identified and recorded in our server log files each time you visit the Websites. We and our third-party service providers use IP addresses to administer the Websites. The collection of IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites.
    Environmental variables, such as your MAC address, computer type, screen resolution, operating system version, Internet browser and version, are collected by most websites and can be used to optimize your website experience.
